EMPATHY VIA VR – AN IMMERSIVE INNOVATION WORKSHOP – Ben Bauert

Ben will present on the innovative and unique attributes of immersive technologies for creating environments and simulations that can challenge and improve people’s mental fitness. From developing an individual’s understanding of another’s perspective, helping them to prepare for situations that require confidence and resilience, to providing someone with quantified feedback on how they are progressing, in this session you will hear and see that VR can be used as a potent technology in wellness training programs.

THE FUTURE OF WORK – Innovation Panel

The panel will feature experts in the field who will discuss how innovation and technology is enabling and shaping how organisations can create mentally fit workplaces.

Kim Ledger has a story that spans almost five decades growing, facing setbacks and tragedy, and prospering in business. Father of late actor Heath Ledger, Kim has faced a great deal of adversity personally and professionally through the years. He will share some of the practical ways in which his resilience has helped him survive and thrive in life and business.
